The slot insulation is made up to a stator height of 450 mm for any shape, for both round or square slots, or with any type of slit.
Ready-made insulation is also made for inserting into brushless motors, armatures and automotive slots.

The wedges can have a round or trapezoidal section, and are always available in stock in standard sizes with a thickness of 10-12-15-18-20-25 mm and a length of one metre.

To make the blanks, an American-style die cut is made according to the customer's design.
Over the years, FALPA's cutting dies have reached the 1,000 mark, and they are continuously subjected to checks and maintenance to maintain a constant level of quality.

Falpa can supply original rolls for all types of flexible electrical insulating paper, unwound, rewound and/or cut to customer specifications.
We can also produce different heights and diameters, according to the customer's needs.
We always have rolls cut in standard sizes, as used by specific industries, available in stock.
Rolls for slot insulation and slot closure are always available for the electric motor winding industry.
For the transformer winding industry, we always have rolls for interlayers or for false coils or collars available in stock, both in resin and in oil.
