FALPA processes the personal data of users / visitors to the website, in full compliance with the provisions of the Italian national legislation on privacy and, in particular with EU Reg. 2016/679 as well as with the Provisions issued by the Privacy Guarantor concerning the purpose of application of this policy (see Provision web doc. Information request form for generic or specific products



The request for information through the form in the “contact details” section is subject to the sending of personal data by the user / visitor which is the essential prerequisite for the purposes related to the management of the request or to be able to respond to requests made by the user / visitor, for example to be able to contact the user again in order to provide the requested information.
The contact form is also the tool through which, by entering the requested data, it is possible to request the credentials necessary for downloading the documents on the website.
