BEECH WOOD BLOCKED SLOTS

Blocked slots made of the highest quality beech. The beech wood, which has as its particularity the very high hardness, is evaporated to make it elastic and dried to reduce the percentage of moisture, so as to obtain a product that even at high temperatures remains stable in size.
The porosity of the beech wood allows the impregnating resins of the motors and transformers to penetrate the wood by cementing it.
If properly impregnated, the evaporated beech splints are classified in the thermal class of the impregnating material.
Beech slats are suitable for the insulation of electric motors as a quarry closure, in the insulation of transformers both as spacers during winding and as feet and bases and wherever high thickness, hardness and stability fillings or supports are required. Beech slats are produced in semi-round, square and rectangular sections.

FIBERGLASS BLOCKED SLOTS

The blocked slots fiberglass insulation made by impregnating glass fibers with thermosetting resin, to make them compact and rigid, as well as thermally resistant.
The blocked slots fiberglass are classified into the H dielectric class limit, working temperature 180°C, so it is not necessary to saturate the product to make them suitable for any type of insulation.
The blocked slots fiberglass insulation with a semi-round profile are suitable into the electric motors such as closing the slots and for all electrical equipment that requires insulation up to class H
